We loved our car, the service was fast and the price was excellent! In Phuket I recommend renting a car as there is much to see and hustling with taxi’s is NOT fun! Fast and efficient
The service was fast and efficient, extremely pleased with it. There was someone waiting for us once we arrived, we only had to wait at the airport entrance, and the car was brought to us, checked car's condition which was very good and off we go. All done in 5 minutes, very efficient! Returning the car was also a breeze, we were half hour late than the promised time as we were stuck in traffic, when we reached airport to return the car the Phuket Wheels staff was already waiting for us for quite some time, returning the car was also very simple and fast. Overall the car's condition was good and we had a great time driving around Phuket, we had a truly memorable trip, will definitely recommend Phuket Wheels to other travellers.

The car and service were excellent. On our recent trip to Phuket we decided to hire a car as it worked out a similar price as a shuttle to and from Khao Lak in the north and we had the convenience of a car the whole time. For a small fee the car was delivered to the pier on our return from the Phi Phi islands. We received great service from Apple and the team and would highly recommend their services.

Everything was perfect,really! I appreciate you attitude to the clients! The most important for a foreigner is to feel secured and safe, you provide both! There's a possibility to make a reservation for a car by sending just a written request. Neither prepayment nor credit card details are required. Transparent conditions of rent are stipulated in the contract. No passport pledge is required but reasonable money deposit. Solid car and liability insurance are provided. Friendly, decent and reliable staff (many thanks to Apple and her husband).

They can either leave or pick up a car at any place in Phuket, do not require your passport and do not want to fine you with unlimited amount for every minor damage. Everything is reasonable. At the same time a full insurance is included. Highly recommended.
